Brent D. Meyer is a partner at Finestone Hayes LLP and focuses his practice on bankruptcy and insolvency matters, complex commercial litigation, receiverships, and appellate advocacy. Brent has extensive experience representing debtors, trustees, and creditors in chapter 7, chapter 11, and chapter 13 cases, related adversary litigation, and appellate proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm, he was a founding partner of Meyer Law Group, LLP and served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Thomas E. Carlson and the Honorable Hannah L. Blumenstiel of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California. While in law school, Brent was a full-time judicial extern for the Honorable Michael S. McManus of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of California.
